Nikki is a Transformation Alchemist, who bring a unique approach to fitness coaching at Energy Rich Fitness. By combining daily optimization techniques and somatic-style training, she helps her clients not only lose weight physically, but also mentally.

Through this process, she guides individuals to make a conscious connection between their thoughts and reality. By releasing emotional trauma and blockages, you are able to free up energy and live the life you truly deserve.

With just 15 minutes of focus and intentional thought every day, the transformation process can begin. While traditional weight loss methods may have failed in the past, it’s time to try something new and tap into the power within.

This is a 45-minute group fitness class on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays.
