Poderosa y Hermosa (Powerful & Beautiful), an in-person visioning circle with vibrational healing and sound bath to support your soul’s expansion.

Participants are guided through a series of reflection prompts to create their dispachos, a visioning tool rooted in indigenous practices from the Andean region. We co-create with plant medicine and salt to illustrate our dream seeds coming to fruition while creating aligned actions with our soul’s expansion. The circle includes vibrational healing with a sound bath facilitated by Reina Prado of Healing Queen.

We gather the day before the Spring Equinox a time to reflect on what dream seeds were planted six months ago and are ready to bloom. I will email prompts to help you ground and focus on these elements and information on how to prepare via Eventbrite messaging at least a day before we meet. Materials for the dispachos are provided for participants. We suggest you bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion, a blanket if you tend to get cold during sound baths, water, and a journal (or purchase one at Adelita’s).

Adelita’s Revenge will be open before and after the event for shopping however, Viento y Agua cafe will not be open during our event.

Please honor the energy exchange and the preparation to hold this space for the collective. A sliding scale rate is available. Pay the amount that feels most aligned with you. There are no refunds offered for being a no-show or canceling last minute.

Why do I offer a sliding scale, and why the price points are not about getting a “sale price”?Given the information provided, consider what would be an accessible price that you can invest in for this experience. As you meditate on the price, consider our mutual investment of time and energy. What amount would feel like a yes for you today? As you decide which rate to pay, this is an invitation to look at your (financial) life from a broader perspective and see what privilege you may hold. I ask that you pay as much as possible to invest in your well-being while making sure others who are economically disadvantaged historically and currently cannot get the care they choose can also have an opportunity to join. Thank you in advance for showing up for your community. I’m also open to working with your budget. The notion that these healing practices are only for those who can afford a premium price undermines the principle of true healing.
