Simileoluwa “Simi” Adebajo is Head Chef and owner of Nigeria’s premiere restaurant and catering company, Eko Kitchen. She built Eko Kitchen with her love of food from her home country of Nigeria. By partnering with local vendors and using recipes from her mother and grandmothers’ repertoires, she’s brought a taste of Lagos to California.
