Looking to re/connect with movement through play? Looking to try a new movement practice?

Learn the fundamentals of dancing and flowing with silk fans from local Long Beach burlesque and flow artist, Xochii de la Noche!

This class is perfect if you’ve never tried silk fans before!

We will cover:

• What is flow arts, and the benefits of flow arts
• Fundamental movements for flowing with silk fans
• A short sequence to help remember movements

Bring water and comfy shoes!
