Qigong & Sound Alchemy

Hello beautiful community! We’re so excited to invite you to Qigong & Sound Alchemy facilitated by Cindy Võ of You Are Magik.

In this self-care experience, Cindy will lead us into a gentle and mindful movement practice of Qigong, followed by a sound bath.

✨Qigong, an ancient Chinese exercise and holistic technique that involves coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation for the purpose of health, vitality, spirituality, and inner alchemy.

✨Allow yourself to relax as Sound Alchemy will assist in releasing any stagnation in the body while tuning into the vibrations of the singing bowls, gongs, rattles, ocean drum, and chimes to harmonize our body through a deeply meditative experience.

Cindy’s intention is to utilize these powerful modalities to balance one’s nervous system through energetic and vibrational medicine. Join us as we come together in commUNITY and honor self-care.

✨How to prepare and what to bring:

-Dress comfortably

-Suggested to have just a light snack

-Yoga mat or something comfortable to sit or lay on

-Pillow, eye mask, blanket

-Water

-Your beautiful self 🙂

✨About the instructor:

Cindy Vo is a queer multi-dimensional artist, certified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, Qigong instructor, sound practitioner, jewelry maker and facilitator of healing. She is the creator of You Are Magik, a wellness hub dedicated to the eastern and western approaches to [w]holistic healing arts, divination, inner alchemy, and practical self-care.

Cindy is currently accepting 1:1 clients for integrative bodywork, Reiki, Qigong, and oracle card readings at her studio inside of Yogalution Movement & Wellness.
