The City of Long Beach is hosting a FREE Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) & Electronic Waste (E-Waste) collection event every 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month* from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at EDCO Recycling & Transfer Center in Signal Hill. Drop off your hazardous household items, old electronics, and used tires safely and responsibly! For a full list of accepted items, visit longbeach.gov/lbrecycles.
For the safety of our staff and all participants, please follow all COVID-19 protocols:
- Wear a face covering
- Stay in your vehicle with your windows closed
- Place your HHW & e-waste items in an unlocked trunk for contactless disposal
- STAY HOME if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, have been asked to quarantine, and/or recently traveled internationally
