She deserves the best; fill your Mother’s week with Love and Laughter and Fitness!

In honor of all our Beautiful Mothers, we are celebrating Mother’s Day the whole week, May 1st – May 6th!

Forget flowers and chocolates! ?Bring your Mom to a workout she will never forget, with her favorite person, YOU! And if you’re a Mom, bring your favorite person (child).

Any way you look at it, we are making a big deal out of MOMS! ?

For this very special week long celebration, all Moms and their Children under the age of 15, in attendance, together, are FREE! And if you happen to be her workout buddy, we have something for you too. Drop in for just $10 (reg. $`20) and be HER best Workout Buddy!

Details:

• When: May 1st – May 6th, all sessions.
• Where: Various locations, Long Beach (please see below)
• Who: You, Your Mom and Us (Long Beach Boot Camp)

Cost:

• Moms – free;
• Kids – free (15 and under);
• Mom’s (non-member) workout buddy ‐ $10

We welcome all fitness levels and will offer exercise modifications for those who need them.

Class schedule in a nutshell:

• 530a: Mon – Fri
• 6a: Tue & Thu
• 645a: Mon, Wed, Fri
• 9a: Mon – Fri
• 530p: Mon – Thu
• 830a: Sat
