So We Are is a guided dance journey and this will be facilitated by our founder, Katie Neary.

Sunday’s Schedule:

Check in and Stretch- 3:50-4:10

Opening Circle & Mediation- 4:10

Dance- 4:25-5:25

Close- 5:25-5:30
