FREE STEM Career Exploration Event for LB youth to connect with professionals in STEM Careers and learn about education and work pathways
Long Beach’s Mayor’s Fund for Education and the Aquarium of the Pacific are hosting a FREE STEM Career Exploration Event to provide LB youth in grades 6-12, with the opportunity to connect with professionals in STEM Careers in a panel discussion and exciting hands-on activities!
Panelists include professionals from Long Beach Memorial Care, Technology & Innovation Department, CSULB’s Shark Lab, LBCC, and The Millionaire Keys.
Shark Lab and the Aquarium’s Teen Climate Council will lead activities that youth can participate in!
This is a FREE event and parking validation will be provided. Limited spots available! Must be in grades 6-12 to attend as a student participant.
